Meet Joe
It was always Joe Magazine’s dream to move to Miami Beach.
— and when he moved here 10 years ago to start a family of his own, he brought his retired parents too. That’s because family and community are some of Joe’s core values.
Joe Magazine knows that Miami Beach is more than just a beautiful place to live. He knows that Miami Beach has the potential to be an even greater, safer, and more equal city. That’s why he’s been involved in our community for a decade and serves on the Miami Beach Planning Board.
Joe has constantly fought to preserve our quality of life — from enhanced focus on policing and public safety, reducing short-term rentals and commercial usages in our residential neighborhoods, to championing infrastructure and climate resiliency issues, Joe has fought for us.
Now, he’s ready to keep fighting for Miami Beach as our next Miami Beach Commissioner for Group 6.
Joe has spent nearly twenty years using his finance background to work with local cities and municipalities and promote clean energy and infrastructure projects across the country, and he’s ready to use that experience to hit the ground running on Day 1.
As a parent of a young child, Joe will fight to ensure our community works for families, treats everyone equally, and focuses on resilience for the future.
Joe Magazine is proud to call Miami Beach home, and can almost always be found enjoying our slice of paradise with his daughter Capri, wife Daniela, and dog Valentina.
